Al Frowiss, Jr. was outstanding! He made the whole process seamless with his excellent expertise/knowledge and communication and the speed with which he got the claim process completed.

Al was very thorough. If anything, it was me that bothered him with repeat questions. There was a lot to know, a lot to learn. I forgot some of it through the process. Al was very patient with my repeated questions. Noone should do it without this type of assistance, Al was invaluable. Nobody should try this on their own.
